Oakland Hills Entertainment

This large home in the Oakland Hills was built in the early 2000’s, and although it had large and bright rooms, it was time to give the home a refresh and rethink many of the spaces. Improving upon the flow and natural light while also modernizing the home were key aspects of the project.

The project involved complete redesign of kitchen with all new cabinetry, fixtures and finishes and a complete redesign of the main bath and master bath. Some walls were opened up between the living room and dining room, and the fireplace was entirely redesigned with new unit and slab stone surrounded by neolith. A three-story main stair guardrail was added along with a custom coat rack with shoe storage.
